Power Adaptor for Printer
The Power Adaptor sent to me originally was the wrong type.. I rang and pointed out the error and the lady that replied was very helpful and soon identified the problem. The correct power adaptor that I originally requested was posted to me that day and I received it soon afterwards. I did not need to send the original adaptor back. I cannot fault the customer service and i will use again for electrical requirements in the future.. Thankyou
