Replacement for 7.5V 500mA AC-DC Adaptor for Sempre Sunrise Alarm Clock W278-0

Unfortunately the product picture shows the DC LEAD,as having a better quality cable than the original flimsy bell wire on the original switch adapter. I was offered a refund but after the explanation I chose not to. The reason way is suppliers do change the product assembly, and AC ADAPTORS R US LTD would have to keep updating the product photos, clearly a time consuming process that could be avoided if the substandard DC Cables were banned in law. Nevertheless good delivery service and overall price. Helpful tip if possible take a photo of the adaptor with the printed information on it, with the plug showing the end tip and the appliance model number along with the socket connection,it will save both parties lots of time, and save getting the wrong switched adaptor.
