Replacement 9VAC x2 1000mA AC-AC Power Adaptor for MACKIE MIX 12FX MIXER

The first replacement adaptor I received for Mackie Mix 12FX mixer did not work at all so I contacted the company and they apologized, asked for a photo of my old one and promptly sent me another free of charge. This didn't work either. I haven't asked for a refund as I didn't actually check to see if it worked for a good few weeks and considered it too late to return/ask for a refund - my own fault for not contacting the company sooner. The four stars are for the prompt customer service and one deducted for 2 replacement adaptors that don't actually work.
