Replacement for 30V 500mA Switching Power Supply BI24-300050-I for Balsam Hill

I cannot praise this Company enough they saved our Christmas!
Our Balsam Hill Christmas Tree Transformer popped on the 22nd December spotted what appeared to be the right one on AC Adaptors R Us but needed to be sure, rang the Contact Number spoke to a great chap that ran through to make sure everything I was looking at was correct, he then assured me that the Adaptor would be shipped same day if I placed the Order online but warned me it was obviously then over to APC the Couriers to keep up their end of the bargain with a Next Day delivery and they duly did!
Transformer worked a treat Christmas saved.
As a little add on to this I contacted Balsam Hill who where also amazing and said they'd send out a free replacement transformer but could not guarantee delivery before Christmas, arrived in between Christmas and New Year (Wrong One!)
Well done AC Adaptors R Us Ltd you saved Christmas and know Balsam Hills Adaptors better than they do, a well deserved 5 Star Review!!!
